Cushioning properties of polyurethane syntactic foam

  • 摘要: 复合泡沫塑料是新型的发泡塑料,对其缓冲特性进行评定具有重要的意义.基于复合泡沫塑料静、动态压缩实验获得的应力-应变曲线计算了它们的缓冲系数,评价了复合泡沫塑料的缓冲特性.结果表明,由静、动态应力-应变曲线计算所得的缓冲系数的最小值相差不大.另外,还讨论了材料参数如密度、玻璃球含量等对缓冲系数的影响.
