Factors effecting on the wicking of epoxy resin in capillaries of unidirectional fibre bundles

  • 摘要: 运用自行研制的浸润特性测试系统,研究了环氧树脂对单向纤维集束的浸润行为,分析了纤维体积含量、树脂温度、纤维种类及纤维表面浸润剂等因素对浸润的影响规律.研究表明,增加纤维体积含量、升高树脂温度、去除纤维表面浸润剂均可加快环氧树脂对纤维集束的平均浸润速率.研究结果对指导复合材料成型工艺的合理设计、开发浸润特性表征新方法具有重要的意义.
