Detecting method of quantitative colloidal gold test strip concentration

  • 摘要: 胶体金免疫层析浓度检测方法主要利用比色原理,当被检测液体中抗原与试剂条上抗体反应后,试剂条上检测区域颜色发生变化,与标准比色卡进行比较,即可定性分析浓度.目前胶体金试剂条大多为半定量测量,使其应用范围受到限制.采用一种基于DSP(Digital Signal Processor)的嵌入式图像处理系统,利用CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)图像传感器获取定量胶体金试剂条图像信息,根据图像特点进行Bayer变换、白平衡处理,提取出图像特征量条纹强度,建立图像特征条纹强度与样本浓度值的函数关系,实现被检测液体浓度的精确测量.与其它方法相比,具有精度高、检测速度快等优点.实验结果表明:基于DSP硬件平台的定量胶体金试剂条浓度检测精度可达到±5%,重复性误差达到±1%,具有一定的应用价值.
