并联接入式气体泄漏量的测量方法

Parallel access leakage flow rate measurement of compressed air

  • 摘要: 并联接入式流量测量方法与串联式测量方法相比,接入简单,装卸不需要破坏管道.引入基准流量,根据基准流量发生前后压缩气体的压力变化率可以求解泄漏流量;采用基于非线性微分跟踪器的滤波方法对压力信号滤波,有效消除了噪声的影响.实验结果表明:并连接入式的测量方法测量精度可达到满量程3%,重复精度可达满量程3%,适用于气动节能工业.
