Selection of shifting element design based on genetic algorithm

  • 摘要: 基于对液力自动变速器(AT,Automatic Transmission)的行星齿轮机构和换挡元件方案的运动学分析,提出了一种可实现换挡元件方案自动优选的智能算法.该方法不同于传统的方案设计方法,采用遗传算法来优化行星齿轮机构的特性参数,并根据换挡元件闭合顺序给出相应方案的偏移值,提出了换挡元件方案优选算法的适应度函数,实现了传动比优化和换挡元件闭合有序化的同步设计,从而缩短方案设计周期.基于MATLAB运算平台,实现了对ZF-8AT的换挡元件方案的优选,得到了3组最优换挡元件方案.结果表明,该算法有效地实现换挡元件方案设计.
