喷丸处理对IC6合金制导向叶片NiCoCrAlY涂层 使用性能的影响

Effect of ball blasting on the service properties of NiCoCrAlY coating of the alloy IC6 vane

  • 摘要: 采用离子电弧镀的方法在IC6合金制导向叶片上涂覆了NiCoCrAlY包覆涂层,为了进一步改善叶片表面的粗糙度,进行了喷丸处理.结果表明,喷丸处理使叶片表面的粗糙度得到明显改善,其平均值从未处理前的2.04μm提高到处理后的1.02μm.经过22循环热震试验后,喷丸处理和未喷丸处理叶片的涂层与基体的结合均十分完好,喷丸处理可进一步提高涂层的抗氧化性能.
