Analysis of necessary condition for minimal software reliability demonstration test suite

  • 摘要: 将统计学中样本容量的确定方法引入软件可靠性验证测试中,提出了软件可靠性验证测试最小测试量的必要条件的概念.推荐最小测试量的参考值,使其在满足第一类风险的情况下,第二类风险也不超过某一定值.分析了最小测试量的影响因素,对现有的软件可靠性验证测试方案进行了修正,给出在最小测试量指导下的软件可靠性验证测试流程,弥补了现有方法的判定结论并非在任何情况下都可信的不足.
