高级浅色歧化松香的制备工艺及脱色机理分析

Preparing technics and decoloring mechanism analysis of high-grade dispropriated rosin decoloration

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内市场上歧化松香产品颜色过深的问题,采用SQH-9新型脱色剂,对广西梧州松脂股份有限公司生产的歧化松香进行还原脱色精制研究,确定出温度、时间以及脱色剂投加量等最佳工艺条件,并采用红外、紫外光谱分析手段对其脱色前后样品进行了分析.结果表明,SQH-9脱色法可将一级歧化松香和特级歧化松香的加纳色号分别从7和5降至2,且脱色后歧化松香的乙醇溶液的紫外吸收曲线与日本进口歧化松香的乙醇溶液基本重合.由于SQH-9脱色剂价廉易得,因此具有很好的生产应用前景.
