Anti-coking performance of nozzle materials’ surface chemical modification

  • 摘要: 针对航空发动机喷嘴产生大量结焦积碳并影响其技术性能和使用寿命的问题,采用化学强氧化-阴极还原法,在航空发动机喷嘴材料表面制备了稳定的富铬氧化层.利用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和接触角测量仪对样品表面表征,开展静态结焦质量评定和动态航空发动机台架燃烧实验,探讨化学改性抑制结焦积碳的机制.结果表明,材料表面平整,氧化膜颗粒排列堆积紧密;喷嘴材料的抗结焦性能与其表面成分和界面张力密切相关;静态抑制结焦率最大约12.5%,动态燃烧实验效果更显著.
