    模块化设计开发技术能够实现复杂产品系统(CoPS)的柔性制造,科学合理的模块化分解将会降低CoPS开发的管理难度和制造成本。在分析产品系统模块化理论的基础上,总结了CoPS的模块化处理流程,列举了CoPS的模块化分解原则,提出了CoPS的模块化分解程度的计算模型,研究并建立了系统模块化与企业绩效的相关性分析模型,并探索了模型的最佳应用实践。以电网广域监测分析控制系统(WARMAP)为例,论述了在影响因素众多的情况下,运用模块化分解模型进行计算后,WARMAP分解为4大功能模块,极大缩短了系统的研发周期,提高了研发质量,充分验证了模块化分解模型的有效性, 以期为企业产品模块化设计提供理论指导和决策借鉴。
