摘要: 复合泡沫塑料是新型的发泡塑料,对其缓冲特性进行评定具有重要的意义.基于复合泡沫塑料静、动态压缩实验获得的应力-应变曲线计算了它们的缓冲系数,评价了复合泡沫塑料的缓冲特性.结果表明,由静、动态应力-应变曲线计算所得的缓冲系数的最小值相差不大.另外,还讨论了材料参数如密度、玻璃球含量等对缓冲系数的影响.

Abstract: Syntactic foam is a new kind of foamed polymer. It is very important to value its cushioning properties. On the basis of static and dynamic stress-strain curves of polyurethane syntactic foam, their cushioning curves were calculated and their cushioning properties were valued. The results show that the calculated minimum cushioning coefficients were almost the same in the case of static and dynamic loading. In addition, the effect of density and glass micro-spheres content of syntactic foam on the cushioning properties has been discussed at the same time.
