飞机结构检修一体化的实现与分析方法

摘要: 飞机结构的检修一体化要求是保证结构优化设计的一个主要方面.全面分析了影响结构检修的主要因素,提出了飞机结构检修一体化的分析与实现方法,并给出了分析流程图.还给出了一个算例证明方法的可行性.将该方法用于新研飞机结构的设计和定寿阶段,有利于制定最佳的检修方案,指导飞机结构将来的检修安排.

Abstract: The economic performance will be obviously promoted if the maintenance and safety inspection could be carried out at the same time. By studying the influence factors, an analysis method was presented to decrease the repaired times by synchronously performing the economic maintenance and safety inspection. The flowchart of this method was also given. It is adaptive to be used in new aircraft design and analysis, and it is helpful to draw the program of maintenance and inspection. It is also propitious to optimizing the design of aircraft structure. Finally, a calculation example was presented to validate the feasibility of this new analysis method.
