Abstract�� Compared several path search methodology of sneak circuit analysis, an algorithm of sneak circuit analysis for analog switch circuit was presented. The algorithm was applied successfully to the identification and searching of topology pattern of "H" pattern, Multi-Power pattern, Multi-Ground pattern sneak circuits. In order to verify the validity of the algorithm, a case analysis was conducted by using software based on this algorithm.
