Abstract�� To compensate the low reliability of normal search algorithm of Real Time Kinematic positioning(RTK) technology, an approach-search algorithm is proposed. This algorithm is based on a set of double difference equation of each epoch. By decomposing these equations, this real-time algorithm can integrate the merits of approaching and searching methods, and so can be used to solve the problem of ambiguity resolution in difference kinematic relative positioning with GPS single frequency carrier phase. Real test shows that the ambiguity can be accurately determined in 2~3 minutes with the present algorithm.
