An Overview of Rotor Blades Optimum Design for Helicopter Vibration Reduction

摘要: 围绕降低直升机振动水平的旋翼桨叶减振优化设计,对国内外这方面研究进展情况作了综述;着重讨论了降低旋翼激振力减振优化设计分析中的几个主要问题,包括桨叶减振优化设计途径与目标,桨叶优化设计中的分析模型,优化设计方法及灵敏度分析技术,以及桨叶优化减振设计研究的最新发展方向和需进一步研究的问题等.

Abstract: Helicopter vibration level has been a problem for many helicopter configurations. Due to the great practical importance of the problem a considerable amount of research has been aimed at various aspects of vibration reduction and control. This paper presents the results of a survey of rotor blades optimum design of reducing vibration by modifying blade properties so as to reduce vibratory hub shears and moments, and thereby reduce the vibration level experienced in the fuselage. Important categories relative to this optimum design problems are considered: the integration of various disciplines and the optimum design objectives; structural and aerodynamic analysis model of the rotor blades for optimum design; numerical optimization and sensitivity analysis technology; and the further development on this subject. This paper is intended to put this design method in a proper perspective from the viewpoint of high performance helicopter design.
