Unit Cell Geometric Model of 4-Step 3-D Braided Composites

  • 摘要: 概述了三维四步(1×1)编织复合材料几何模型的研究进展,分析了三维四步正规编织过程中纤维束的运动路径及交织方式,提出了一种三维实体单元胞体几何模型,研究了三维编织复合材料单元胞体的几何性,并讨论了纤维束的挤压条件.和传统的几何模型比较,该模型体现了纤维束的连续性,使得各单元胞体之间合理地组装,保证了复合材料整体结构的完整性.
