摘要: 从CAD框架和软件体系结构的角度出发分析、建立计算机辅助FMECA软件模型.首先分析研究了FMECA软件的目标和设计思想,进而重点描述FMECA软件应用OTO-D语义模型建立数据模型和软件框架结构;产品描述关系型数据库模型和可视化形式、上下自动转换的FMECA和信息查询自动化等的实现技术.

Abstract: According to the theory of CAD framework and software architecture, the computer aided FMECA software model was analysis and established. Firstly, the target of FMEA software and design strategy was discussed. And then data model of the product, failure mode, and result of FMECA was established using the OTO-D(Object Type Oriented Data model) semantic model. The software structure applying the technology of CFI(CAD Framework Initiative) and running environment were described in detail. Finally, the FMECA implement methods including the visualization of product hierarchy description and the FMECA result data query, the representation of data using relation model in database, the automation of the FMECA table filling and Cr calculating were discussed in detail.
