Production plan and control of manufacturing system based on simulation

  • 摘要: 采用面向对象建模方法,通过对现代制造过程的生产计划调度数据的分析,建立了车间仿真系统模型.从单元和车间的角度,采用流程控制图给出了现代制造过程的仿真流程及控制点.最后基于Witness动态系统仿真平台建立了仿真生产系统,对某航空生产厂叶片车间的生产计划进行了仿真与优化.
