Mechanical principle of the deploying mode for coilable mast

  • 摘要: 盘绕式伸展臂是一种空间伸展臂,可用于太阳电池阵、太阳帆、探测臂等空间伸展机构.它有2种展开模式:逐层展开和螺旋展开.以三角形横框铰接盘绕式伸展臂为对象,分析了以逐层展开模式伸展的原理.首先,由于斜拉索不可伸长,导致横杆在伸展臂变形过程中会发生弯曲,并有一个最大弯曲形态.通过在MSC.ADAMS中建立盘绕式伸展臂模型进行仿真计算,可以得到横杆刚度对伸展臂展开过程的影响.以此工作为基础,提出判据:纵杆对第2层横杆的压缩能力和横杆的抗弯能力决定了伸展臂的展开模式,利用相关仿真模型,对这一结论进行了验证.最后,用弹性细杆的Kirchhoff动力学研究了纵杆变形,得到了伸展臂构型参数和展开模式之间的规律.该结果可以作为盘绕式伸展臂设计阶段的参考.
