Measuring orientation optimization for aircraft structural parts inspection with coordinate measuring machines

摘要: 用坐标测量机检测飞机结构件加工质量需要为工件上的每个测量点选择一个测头的测量方向,并且要求测量全体测量点所使用的总的测量方向数最少.提出了一个基于聚类和改进模拟退火算法的测量方向优化选择方法.首先通过聚类算法合并具有相同可达方向的测量点,以减小问题规模,提高模拟退火算法找到全局最优解的概率,然后采用改进模拟退火算法寻找测量全体测量点所需的最少测量方向.测试结果表明该方法能够选出较优的测量方向.

Abstract: Using coordinate measuring machines to inspect aircraft structural parts needs to choose a measuring orientation of the probe for each measuring point, and the total number of measuring orientations used for measuring all measuring points must be minimum. A method of measuring orientation optimization based on clustering and improved simulated annealing algorithm was proposed. Firstly, measuring points with common accessible orientations were clustered by the clustering algorithm in order to reduce the scale of the problem and increase the probability of finding the global best result with simulated annealing algorithm. Then, an improved simulated annealing algorithm was employed to search for the minimum measuring orientations used for measuring all measuring points. Testing results show that this method is capable of finding much less measuring orientations.
