Warship spare parts allotment optimization method under mixed-constraints

  • 摘要: 国内外针对随船备件配置优化问题的研究目前主要集中在只有定性或定量约束上,而对既有定性又有定量约束的混合问题研究比较少.首先以舰船出海任务准备阶段为背景,以保障费用、仓库空间、载荷及维修能力为约束条件,以备件保障概率为目标函数,建立了约束因素判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,运用专家打分、归一化及边际效应法对模型进行求解;其次提出了一种系统资源约束因子确定、动态调整的方法,并对模型算法进行了优化;最后通过案例分析验证了本文提供的方法能够为解决混合约束下随船备件配置优化问题提供新的尝试.
