Production plan and integrated dispatch optimization of aircraft digital assembly

  • 摘要: 飞机装配具有环节多、周期长及流程复杂等特点,合理地规划各环节的工作,调度装配过程涉及的资源,对于保证飞机装配的质量和效率具有十分重要的意义。基于飞机装配流程的特点及影响飞机装配效率的主要因素,提出了飞机装配生产规划方法。考虑飞机装配过程中存在的动态问题,基于蚁群算法建立了装配资源的调度集成优化模型,定义了构造图路径与装配作业周期间的映射关系,给出了装配作业周期映射的基本步骤,通过优化人工蚁路径实现了资源调度的优化。
