Failure mode and effects analysis method based on fuzzy TOPSIS

  • 摘要: 针对传统故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)中评价故障模式的影响因素和计算风险优先数存在的缺陷,提出了一种基于模糊逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)的FMEA方法。该方法采用模糊置信结构对影响因素的评价进行表示,并通过去模糊化和加权平均建立明确置信矩阵。考虑各影响因素的权重对分析结果的重要性,将主、客观赋权法相结合来分配各影响因素的权重,进而建立加权规范化矩阵,根据相对贴近度的大小确定各故障模式的风险水平。最后,举例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
