Power upshift control strategy of torque-assist AMT

  • 摘要: 对扭矩辅助型机械自动变速箱(AMT)有动力升挡控制策略进行研究。在商用车传统的AMT上,增加了一套由辅助离合器和自动控制装置组成的扭矩辅助机构。搭建了扭矩辅助型AMT的动力学模型。结合换挡评价指标,制定了扭矩辅助型AMT有动力升挡控制策略,基于2挡升3挡工况进行仿真研究,并通过整车试验验证该控制策略的有效性。仿真和试验结果表明,扭矩辅助型AMT能够在换档时输出动力,改善了换档品质。
