Modeling and simulation of multi-axle vehicle powertrain system

  • 摘要:

    为了研究多轴车辆动力传动系统动态载荷特性,开发了多轴车辆动力传动系统动力学仿真模型。根据柴油发动机负荷特性试验数据构建循环供油量-转速-扭矩MAP图,通过模糊PI控制器对发动机循环供油量进行调节,建立了发动机动态特性模型;建立了液力变矩器模型、换挡离合器模型以及分动箱、过桥齿轮箱、主减速器、轮边减速器等传动部件模型。利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了多轴车辆动力传动系统动力学仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析,实车试验结果表明,仿真模型可有效模拟车辆动力传动系统的速度特性和动态载荷特性。
