Abstract�� By analyzing and summarizing the achievements and shortages of related research works about integrating design of performance and reliability (IDPaR), the research thought of IDPaR was put forward. From considering the internal and external factors related to product failure, a generic modeling method of comprehensive model for IDPaR was given, and definition of performance-reliability and calculation formulas were presented. According to flight control system, the detailed modeling methods of all kinds of influencing factors were described, and the algorithm flow and analyzing methods of IDPaR were summarized and proposed. Finally, taking X-missile-s flight control system as a typical case, the correctness of the model and algorithm were verified by simulation result.
