试论航空经济的概念与发展

摘要:

航空经济是民航业内外的一个热词。运用概念分析方法,回顾和分析国内外航空经济的发展历程与现实。现有概念具有许多商榷之处,需要重新界定航空经济的概念内涵和集态特征。从全球企业竞争态势上提出了以省级政府为中国发展航空经济的牵头主体,核心工作是搭建好航空经济产业集聚发展平台,发展战略上注意控制规模和实行差异化策略,持续发展好航空运输经济四项建议。

关键词: 航空经济, 航空大都市, 台争, 集态, 差异化策略

Abstract:

Aviation economy is a hot word in both the civil aviation industry and the society as a whole. Based on the method of conceptual analysis, the paper reviews and analyzes the current development of domestic and international aviation economy. It is found that the existing concepts have many problems which need to be redefined, especially the concept of connotation of aviation economy and the state of agglomeration characteristics. Based on the competitive situation of the global companies,the paper puts forward four specific suggestions. The people's government at the provincial level should be the main subject of developing aviation economy in China. The core work should be setting an industrial agglomeration platform for the development of aviation economy. Scale control and differentiations of strategies should be realized. The further and healthy development of air transportation economy should be guaranteed.
