混合式学习实施效果的影响因素初探——基于质性研究的结果

Influencing Factors of Blended Learning Outcomes:Based on Interviews with University Students

  • 摘要: 混合式学习这一概念自出现至今已有10年,并在世界各地的教育机构、企业普遍推广。大量实例证明,混合式学习可以显著提高学生的学习效果。研究采用质性研究的方法,对北京市某学院的21位拥有丰富混合式学习经验的大学生进行了半结构化访谈。对访谈数据的编码分析结果显示,学习资料的设计、学习管理平台、教师的参与程度、协作学习活动和学习支持对学生的学习效果有显著的影响作用。

     

    Abstract: It has been ten years since the concept of blended learning came out. Blended learning is now widely applied in educational institutions and enterprises all over the world. Moreover, it is found that it improved students' learning outcomes significantly. The purpose of this research is to find principal influencing factors by qualitative study. 21 university students who have personal experiences of blended learning in a Beijing college were interviewed. The research found that learning resources, learning management system, instructor's involvement, collaborative learning activities and learning support all have significant impacts on students' perceptions of blended learning and their learning outcomes.
