论文学翻译中召唤空间的再创造——以《红楼梦》两英译本为例

摘要:

以例证与阐释相结合,通过两个译本之间的对比研究,基于接受美学理论中的召唤结构的概念,对文学翻译中召唤空间的翻译再创造进行了探讨与研究。为了重建原文的召唤空间,译者要透彻把握原文的召唤结构与目标语读者接受水平,注意在选词组句中重构原文的语境、语义场。译者应根据读者审美接受情况来重建或另建原文的召唤空间,可以适度地扩展原文的召唤空间,但要防止召唤空间随意缩小、缺失、变形的情况。

Abstract:

Based on Appealing Structure in Reception Aesthetics, this paper makes a probe at the recreation of Appealing Space. To recreate the original appealing space, a translator should attach importance to the reconstruction of original context and semantic field in the process of adopting words and organizing sentences by thoroughly grasping the original appealing structure and target-readers reception level. The translator, based on the acceptability of his translation, can rebuild or modify the original appealing space according to readers' reception, appropriately expanding original appealing space, and meanwhile guarding against the occurrence of narrowness, mission or distortion of original appealing space.
