研究型高校教师能力素质模型构建与初步应用——基于北京航空航天大学优势学科教师调查

Teachers' Competency Model Construction and Its Preliminary Application in Research Style Universities: Based on the Survey of Dominant Disciplines in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

摘要:

如何提升科研教师队伍的整体素质以增强高校科学研究和知识创新能力,一直是高校步入研究型高校需要努力的方向之一。本文依据能力素质相关理论,从文献、教师角色定位和教师从业资格三个方面进行分析,并初步构建了包含个性素质、必备知识、工作技能与综合能力三个维度的研究型高校教师能力素质模型。通过对北航优势学科的教师能力素质进行问卷调查收集数据,借助统计分析工具验证了该模型的有效性。将该模型应用到教师队伍的管理中可以对研究型高校教师队伍的发展起到方向性的指引作用。

Abstract:

How to improve the overall quality of scientific teachers for the ability enhancement of scientific research and knowledge innovation has been a major task for colleges and universities who want to be research-oriented. Based on the competency theory, the paper carries out an analysis from three aspects of literature, role of teachers and teacher qualification, and constructs a preliminary competency model for research-oriented university teachers, which includes personality, necessary knowledge, work skills and comprehensive ability. With the data collected from the questionnaires at Beihang University, the paper applies a statistical analysis tool to prove the validity of the model. The model can play a guiding role in the management of the teachers' team for the teacher development at research-oriented universities.
