摘要:

“北航模式”创造了中国科技创新的奇迹。通过对国家宏观创新环境和北航微观创新机制的分析揭示出:重视创新的社会环境和国家创新体系建设的需要是“北航模式”形成的重要契机;国家重大战略需求的推动是“北航模式”形成的重要源动力;而由科技创新基地、创新团队、创新的精神和传统以及科技创新的管理体系等具体要素构成的科技创新机制则是“北航模式”形成的重要支撑和保障。“北航模式”体现出北航在面向应用领域的重大技术和重大工程研究方面的优势,同时也显现出其在面向科学前沿的基础研究方面的不足。要实现“北航模式”的可持续发展,就必须在保持现有科技创新优势的基础上进行综合的改革和创新。

Abstract:

"Beihang Mode" has created a miracle in China's scientific and technological innovation. By analyzing the national macro environment for innovation and the micro mechanism of innovation in this mode, the research reveals that the formation of this mode lies in attaching importance to the innovation of the social environment and the needs of the construction of national innovation system; the major national strategic demand is an important driving force for the mode formation; technological innovation mechanism which is made up of innovative base, team, spirit, tradition and management system provides important support and guarantee to the formation of this mode. The model represents the major technological and engineering research advantages of Beihang University in the application field, but it also has shortcomings in basic research at the leading edge of science. To achieve sustainable development of this mode, it is necessary to carry out the reform and innovation comprehensively while maintaining its advantages.
