航空航天制造业产业关联实证研究

Empirical Study on Industrial Association of Aviation and Aerospace Manufacturing Industry

摘要:

基于产业价值链和知识溢出效应两个视角,阐述了航空航天制造业与其他产业的关联关系。采用RAS方法对2007年投入产出表进行调整,重构将航空航天制造业作为一个单独产业部门的投入产出表。采用投入产出分析,对航空航天制造业与其他产业的关联进行实证研究,测度航空航天制造业在整个产业体系中的感应度、影响力,以及与其他产业的后向关联、前向关联和环向关联关系与关联强度。结果表明:航空航天制造业对国民经济整体的拉动作用较强且推动作用也很显著,对第二产业拉动作用较大;与其前向直接关联的产业较少,直接影响范围有限;但通过与其前向产业部门的间接关联,航空航天制造业具有广泛的供给推动作用。

Abstract:

Based on the two perspectives of industry value chain and knowledge spillover effect, the association relationship of the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry with other industries was revealed. By using RAS method to adjust the input-output table of year 2007, an input-output table was reconstructed in which the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry was comprised as a separate industry sector. An empirical study on association of the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry with other industries was carried out by exploiting the input-output analysis approach. The induction degree and influence degree of the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry in the whole industrial system, and the backward correlation, forward correlation as well as circumferential correlation with other industries were measured. The result shows that the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry not only has a strong pull effect but also has a significant push effect on the whole national economy, while its pull effect is more embodied in the second industry. The directly forward correlated industries to the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry are less, which results in a limited direct influence range. However, through the indirect correlation with its forward industries, the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry can exert extensive supply spur effects.
