基于人-组织匹配的科研项目团队生长研究

Growth of University Scientific Research Project Team Based on Person-organization Fit

  • 摘要: 作为组织的一种,科研项目团队既有组织共性,也有其特性。科研项目团队健康发展的核心是个体与团队能否形成良好的匹配关系。个体与团队的匹配关系贯穿于科研项目团队发生、成长及解体的整个过程,涉及个体与团队价值观、目标匹配、团队要求与个人能力匹配以及个体需求与团队供给匹配。同时,在每种匹配类型中,为了向更好的匹配关系转变,个体与团队需采取正确有效的应对策略,以实现个体与团队的双赢。

     

    Abstract: Scientific research project team as a group organized in common has its own features. The healthy development of the scientific research team lies in whether the individual and the team can establish a good matching relationship. Running through the whole process of its occurring period, growing period and dissolution period, it involves individual and group values, target matching, matching between team requirement and individual ability, matching between individual demand and team supply. Meanwhile, in every matching type, for better matching relationship, both the individual and the team should adopt effective strategies to realize a win-win situation.
