大学生创新创业成果评价机制探究——以北京航空航天大学为例

摘要:

对大学生创新创业成果评价指标和机制进行了研究。通过文献法及访谈法,筛选出20个有效刻画成果水平的指标,经过问卷调查和主成分分析,提出了由实现、设计、转化、完成四方面组成的大学生创新创业成果评价指标体系。同时,针对该指标体系构造了一种基于模糊数学理论的评价机制,给出了成果评价的量化计算公式。实验结果表明,该方法能够得出合理的成果综合评价值,并能调整适应不同的学科和情况,为科学的评价大学生创新创业成果水平提供了有效参考。

Abstract:

Based on the long-time exploration on innovation and entrepreneurship education system in Beihang university, this paper has screened some indexes through the literature and interview, which can describe the achievements effectively. Then this paper has provided an evaluation index system by questionnaire investigation and data analysis. For this index system, this paper has established an evaluation mechanism based on fuzzy mathematics. At last, this paper has validated the practicability and rationality by case study.
