高校新校区背景下新型导生制的实践与研究——以北京航空航天大学经济管理学院梦拓计划为例

Practice and Study of a New Type of Monitorial System Against the Background of New University Campus: A Case Study of Mentor Program of School of Economics and Management of BUAA

  • 摘要: 北京航空航天大学从2010年开始启用新校区,本科一二年级入驻,经济管理学院从2011年尝试了新型导生制——梦拓计划的探索。计划聚焦于新生适应,依托于实践类限选课程,构建完善的管理构架,采用近距导生模式,组建幅度适中的梦拓小组,覆盖全体新生,网格化管理、精细化指导。计划加快了新生对于大学的适应,增进了专业认同,提升了综合能力。经过多年的实践,梦拓计划得到学生的一致认可,形成了独特的有爱的学院"家"文化,为人才培养提供了一种新的模式和途径。

     

    Abstract: From 2010, the freshmen and sophomores of Beihang University began to use the new campus. Since 2011, School of Economics and Management in Beihang University tried to implement a new Monitorial System-the Mentor Program. The program focuses on the freshmen adjustment and builds a sophisticated management structure, based on the practical courses. Using a close mentor mode, it covers all freshmen by setting up moderate mentor groups. The grid management and meticulous guidance speed up the freshmen adjustment to university life, enhance their professional identity and improve their comprehensive ability. With the successful practice over 5 years, the program has explored a new path for talent cultivation. It has been widely recognized by the students, and a unique "family" culture emerged thanks to the program.
