高校科技创新推动产业升级的路径研究——基于优势学科视角

Research on Industrial Upgrading Path Resulting from Science and Technology Innovation of Universities: From the Perspective of Preponderant Disciplines

摘要:

采用实证研究方法,分析优势学科如何影响高校科技创新推动产业升级的路径模式。利用SFA模型研究结果,将学科数量和结构的截面数据与省域技术效率平均值进行相关分析,发现优势学科及工科数量对技术效率影响显著。在此基础上,结合东中西三大经济区域的产业技术效率特点,分析产业升级各主体功能发挥中存在的问题和效率损失的原因,提出针对性的新的职能分工模式,并根据东中西经济区域完成要素匹配和产业升级的路径选择。研究表明,中西部更应发挥学科专业性比较优势,东部应更注重学科综合性能力提升。研究还进一步细化了东中西区域产业升级路径要素在组织结构、法律政策、利益协调、保障系统、价值创造等方面利用的侧重点,并围绕学科优势发挥、主体协同、要素匹配等提出高校科技创新推动产业升级的路径优化措施。

Abstract:

Based on preponderant disciplines in universities, this paper chose the empirical research methods, analyzing the realization of science and technology innovation system that preponderant disciplines of universities promote, and summarized its path of industrial upgrading. Firstly, by analyzing the results of technical efficiency of provincial industrial upgrading, we supplemented and expanded the results which SFA model announce. By using SPSS to construct the correlation analysis between subject number and structure (the cross section data) and provincial technological efficiency on average, we have studied discipline superiority influence on technical efficiency. By the provincial index sorting, we also analyzed the industry technical efficiency characteristics of the three economic regions. Secondly, we analyzed the problems existing in the industrial upgrading of each main body, summarizing its functions and its connection with efficiency loss; thus, the new model about specific division is put forward. Again, on the basis of existing empirical macro-research, we made a microscopic analysis of the characteristics of each element of industrial upgrading paths. And according to the features of the elements of the economic region to complete match, we pointed out the emphasis of elements use of the regional industrial upgrading path. Finally, in allusion to the full content of the chapters, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
