英国博士教育多样化发展趋势分析及启示——基于对2015年UKCGE报告的解读

摘要:

博士教育是世界各国政府关注的问题。通过对2015年UKCGE报告研究,总结了英国博士教育多样化体现在生源、培养模式和专业管理三方面,并分析博士教育多样化产生原因。研究指出,英国博士教育发展趋势体现在博士培养复杂性、培养和管理多层结构并存和博士教育"多极化"对英国博士教育的压力和挑战。英国博士教育多样化对中国博士教育的启示和借鉴意义在于改革和创新博士研究生培养模式、发展专业博士学位、完善博士研究生管理和博士就业指导等方面。

Abstract:

Doctoral education is the main concern for governments around the world. By interpreting 2015 UKCGE report, this paper has summarized UK doctoral education diversity from the aspects of sources of students, cultivation modes and professional management. The reasons of the diversity of UK doctoral education are analyzed; the tendency of UK doctoral education can be concluded in the following four aspects:coexistence of complexity and multi-structures, university-industry collaboration, influence of Brexit and pressure of international doctoral education multipolarity. The inspirations for Chinese doctoral education reform and innovation are the training mode, development of professional doctorate, doctoral professional management and doctoral employment.
