情绪对工科生产实习效果影响的实证研究

Empirical Research on Engineering Student's Emotional Factors in Production Practice

摘要:

生产实习作为大学重要的实践性教学环节,对工科专业的人才培养具有非常重要的意义。采用问卷调查法、访谈法、对比分析法等研究方法,对北京航空航天大学宇航飞行器动力工程专业学生在生产实习过程中的情绪变化和生产实习效果进行追踪,结果表明,学生的情绪变化是影响生产实习效果的主要因素,有效的情绪调节可以提高生产实习效果。

Abstract:

The production practice, as an important practical teaching procedure, is of great significance for the talent cultivation of engineering majors. This study selected as subjects the students of Aircraft Engineering College of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The research tracked the students in terms of mood changes and production practice results in two years. Questionnaire survey, interview, comparative analysis and other research methods were integrated to observe the students'emotions, contrasting and analyzing the reasons in the two years' production practice. This study finds that the emotional change trend of the students is the main factor which affects the production practice and that effective emotion regulation can improve the production practice.
