摘要:

将现代职业使命感理论引入到公共部门人力资源管理问题。探讨了应用职业使命感对工作者的健康、幸福感和工作动力产生影响的重要机制和原理,提出:通过披露公务工作的受益对象及其受益过程是促进公务员价值观和职业使命感建设的重要途径;围绕职业使命感的有效测量可以解决当前公务员选拔过程中对道德评估的难题;揭示使命感对个体身心健康以及幸福感的长远效益是实现公务员可持续性工作激励的可行手段。

Abstract:

The paper intends to introduce the theory of calling to human resource management in public sector. By applying the mechanisms and theories of how career calling can benefit a worker's health, well-being, and work motivation, the paper proposes that the construction of civil servants' value system could be promoted by exhibition of how public people are benefited by the public service work; the evaluation effectiveness of the ethics of civil servants in selection could be improved by focusing on the measurement of their calling; the sustainable work motivation of civil servants could be facilitated by convincing them about long-term benefits of calling for individuals' physical, mental health and well-being.
