Abstract: In the past seventy years, the party diplomacy of the Communist Party of China(CPC) has experienced initial exploration and preliminary development in the early stage of the founding of New China, tortuous progress between the Eighth National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, historical change in the early stage of Reform and Opening-up, all-round way development and deepening after Dramatic Changes of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, leap-forward development and overall innovation at the beginning of the new century, theoretical innovation and practical development since the Eighteenth National Congress, which forms a comprehensive, multi-channel, wide-ranging and deep-leveled pattern of party diplomacy. The basic experience of party diplomacy of CPC in the past seventy years is to adhering to the principle of independence and autonomy, treating the ideological differences among political parties correctly, taking national interests as the core, promoting the continuous innovation of modes of party diplomacy.
