“双一流”视野下高校研究生导学关系研究

Relationship between Tutors and Graduate Students from the Perspective of Double First-Class

摘要: 提高研究生培养质量,培养一流研究生人才,成为当前中国研究生教育和双一流建设迫切任务。导师与研究生互为主体、联系密切、相互影响,导学关系从根本上影响着研究生培养质量。在明晰中国研究型大学导学关系现状和问题的基础上,通过构建导学互动关系模型,系统分析了导学关系存在的认知差异、定位偏差、建构缺位等问题,提出强化导师师德师风建设、塑造导学关系共同体、构建联动培养机制等是双一流建设过程中理顺导学关系的关键所在。

Abstract: It is imperative to improve the quality of graduates and cultivate talents in this time of China. The main factors influencing the level of cultivation include interaction, relationship and connection between tutors and graduates. Based on the status quo and problems of the relationship between tutors and graduates (RTG), this paper builds a RTG model and systematically analyzes the cognitive difference, location deviation, as well as self-cultivation of graduates. Suggestions involving construction of teaching mortality, shaping of RTG community, as well as building of the linkage mechanism are made.
