研究生教育大数据信息资源建设的众筹模式初探

Preliminary Research on the Crowdfunding Model of the Construction of Big Data Information Resources in Graduate Education

  • 摘要: 大数据应用的前提是信息资源的开放共享。文章通过剖析影响信息资源共建共享的问题根源,提出"以数据利用为导向的数据生产侧的改革"理念为指导的、建设研究生教育大数据信息资源的众筹模式,并根据数据共享类型分别对应跨领域、同领域、校际之间、高校内部不同部门之间等不同场景设计了不同的众筹模式。对众筹模式的实施从解决数据接口、数据流通的动力和安全问题及健全大数据产业链等方面提出了一系列政策建议。

     

    Abstract: The premise of big data application is the opening and sharing of information resources. By analyzing the root causes of the problems affecting the co-construction and sharing of information resources, a crowdfunding model was put forward for the construction of postgraduate education big data information resources guided by the concept of "data utilization oriented data production side reform". According to the data sharing type, different crowdfunding modes were designed for different scenarios, such as cross domain, same field, inter universities, and different departments within the university. Finally, a series of policy suggestions were advanced for the implementation of crowdfunding mode from the aspects of solving data interface, power and security problems of data circulation and improving big data industry chain.
