大学生职业规划教育对就业稳定性的影响研究——以某校毕业生麦可思调查数据为例

Influence of College Students' Career Planning Education on Employment Stability: Taking the Survey Data of Mycos Graduates of a School as an Example

摘要: 基于大学毕业生就业现实问题,尝试探讨大学生职业规划教育对新就业大学毕业生职业稳定性的影响。利用麦可思调查数据,采用Probit模型和Logit面板数据模型实证结果显示:大学生职业规划有效增强了新就业大学毕业生的职业稳定性,显著降低了新就业大学生的离职行为,且影响效应存在一定的异质性。研究结论表明,各高校要不断增强大学毕业生职业规划教育的力度,提高职业规划教育精准化程度,为大学生未来职业发展奠定良好基础。

Abstract: Based on the practical problems of college students' employment, this paper attempts to explore the influence of college students' career planning education on the career stability of newly employed college students. By employing the survey data of Mycos, and according to the Probit model and Logit panel model analysis, the empirical results show that:college students' career planning effectively enhances the career stability of newly employed college students, significantly reduces the turnover behavior of newly employed college students, and shows certain heterogeneity in its impact effect. The conclusion shows that colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the intensity of career planning education, improve the accuracy of career planning education, and lay a good foundation for students' future career development.
