基于工具箱的用户创新模式

User innovation mode based on toolkits

  • 摘要: 传统产品开发需要企业准确理解用户需求,但市场需求变化迅速,现有市场调研方法很难以合理成本深入了解需求,因此企业需要新的产品开发模式。基于工具箱的用户创新模式就是为应对这一问题而提出的。在该模式下制造商将产品开发中与用户需求相关的部分,借助工具箱交由用户完成,和用户联合进行新产品开发。文章介绍用户创新概念,探讨基于工具箱的用户创新模式概念及工具箱功能,并分析其与传统产品开发的区别,进而讨论其可行性和适用性。

     

    Abstract: Traditional product development depends on that manufactures understand their users’ needs exactly; however, the pace of change in market need grows so fast that existing market research techniques can hardly understand it deeply at rational cost, so manufactures need a new product development mode. User innovation mode based on toolkits is an emerging alternative approach to solve this problem. In this mode, manufactures outsource need-related product development to users themselves by toolkits to develop new product collaboratively. Firstly user innovation concept is introduced, the concept of user innovation mode based on toolkits and toolkits’ functions are discussed, and then the difference between new and traditional product development process is analyzed, finally its feasibility and applicability are discussed.
