摘要:

航空发动机研制项目自身所具有的周期长、技术高、系统复杂等特点,使其研制过程中风险众多,因此确定发动机研制项目中风险的内涵并制定风险分析指标体系具有非常重要的意义。通过对航空发动机研制项目的分析,细致讨论了项目研制中的各种风险源及其特征,并为航空发动机研制项目制定出了可行的风险分析指标体系。

Abstract:

With more and more risks appearing in the aero-engine manufacturing projects th at have the characteristics of long research period, high techniques and complex systems, it is extraordinarily significant to define the risk and establish the risk analysis index system for aero-engine projects. In this paper, according to the analysis of aero-engine research projects, we have investigated the reso urces and characteristics in aero-engine developing projects, and then establis hed the risk analysis index system for aero-engine projects.
