中国药品安全事故的致因因素比较分析

摘要:

药品事故频发引起社会的高度关注。基于中国国情,提取药品事故致因因素的主要方面,通过建立基于梯形模糊数的广义模糊群决策模型来分析中国药品事故严重性的致因因素排序。研究表明:同地区不同类型的受访者权重对药品事故严重性的致因因素排序有影响,但是地区差异对其影响占主要作用,最终显示中国药品事故严重性的致因因素排序为可追溯体系、交易方式、抽验制度、药物警戒、认证体系和应急管理。

关键词: 梯形模糊数, 群决策模型, 药品安全事故

Abstract:

The high incidence of drug accident causes great attentions in community. Based on China's national conditions, extracts the main aspects of drug accident types, and then builds a generalized empirical fuzzy group decision method based on trapezoidal fuzzy number to analyze the severity sort of China's drug accident types. The results indicate that the weights of different respondents in the same area affect the severity sort of drug accidents types, while the regional differences play a major role; then the final result indicates that the severity sort of China's drug accident types is traceability system, transaction mode, sampling system, pharmacovigilance, licensing system and emergence management.
