Abstract:
Internship program is an important part of legal practice education. Traditional models have problems in one or some of the following aspects: professionalism, self-determination, course control, synergy effects, result consolidation, resulting in a trend of formalization in this program. Beihang Model has its characteristics. By a progressive course design, Beihang Model emphasizes the orientation of combining Watching and Practicing. Relying on the legal practice education base co-established with organs and entities practicing law, the subject relationship of Beihang Model is supported by a pyramid framework. Moreover, the whole course of internship is supervised by professional mentors as well as academic professors, which establishes a system facilitating the communication between theory and practice. This Beihang Model proves a success in enhancing the effects of internship program.
