“一带一路”倡议与中国高等教育国际化转型

The "Belt and Road" Initiative and the Change of Higher Education Internationalization in China

  • 摘要: “一带一路”倡议标志着中国从参与全球化到塑造全球化的转变进程,是促进中国高等教育开放的重要实践探索。从过去的四十年改革开放来看,中国高等教育国际化主要向西方发达国家学习先进的教育理念、科学技术和管理经验,面对目前的经济全球化,仅仅局限于西方发达国家的学习是远远不够的,而“一带一路”倡议为中国的大学提供了广阔的国际化平台,向沿线国家展示中国的发展经验,通过不同形式的交流与合作与沿线国家建立教育共同体关系是中国高等教育应该担负起的责任,也是中国高等教育把握住国际化合作与交流的新机遇。研究提出应从文化多样性、多语种教育、汉语的国际推广以及通过中外合作办学的形式促进与周边国家的院校国际合作实现中国高等教育国际化的转型。

     

    Abstract: The "Belt and Road" Initiative shows China's determination and capacity in the globalization process. The Initiative provides opportunities for further internationalization of Chinese higher education. In the past 40 years of Open Door Policy, Chinese universities are used to sending students and scholars to learn from the western countries for advanced knowledge, but for the "Belt and Road" Initiative, Chinese universities are obliged to tell successful stories and experiences to the world and establish educational community relations with countries along the road maps. This paper discusses the importance of cultural diversity education, languages education and Chinese language worldwide promotion, and also discusses the development of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and the changes.
