北航新法学实践教学的基础与体系——基于新型工业化法学实践需求的线性复合模式的形成和展开

Basis and System of Beihang University's New Law Practice Teaching: Formation and Development of the Linear Compound Model Based on Practical Needs of the New Industrialization Law

  • 摘要: 北航新法学实践教学立足于法学自身的时代发展规律的表达,以马克思的历史唯物论为根本启发,以时代需求为基点,反映了新时代对于法学理念、法学内容和法学方法的新要求。自1997年建系至今,北航法学院经历了基础搭建、框架形成与全面拓展三个阶段,初步形成了富有自身特色的发展格局,实践教学呈现出线性复合的体系模式。在本科生教学阶段,表现为基础性实践育人体系;在研究生教学阶段,表现为个性化实践育人机制,并在总体上形成了内外互动的资源协同环境。该实践教学模式成效显著,以实践为基础的论文选题日益增多,毕业生多为复合型人才和政法系统骨干。

     

    Abstract: Based on the expression of the developing rule of law itself, on Marx's historical materialism, and on the needs of the times. Beihang's new law practice teaching reflects the new requirements of the new era for legal concepts, legal content and legal methods. Since the establishment of the department in 1997, Beihang Law School has gone through such three stages as the basic construction, frame formation and comprehensive expansion; and therefore, has initially formed a linear compound system model, and a development pattern with its own characteristics. In the undergraduate teaching stage, this teaching is manifested as a basic practical education system; in the postgraduate teaching stage, it is manifested as a personalized practical education mechanism; on the whole, it forms an internal and external interactive resource collaboration environment. It is concluded that this practical teaching model has achieved remarkable results, there appear a growing number of practice-based thesis topics, and most of the graduates are trained to be compound talents and backbones of the political and legal system.
