高等教育的卓越性和国际性

摘要：

文章主要对高等教育的国际性和卓越性两方面进行研究。其中，对于高等教育国际性的研究主要从人员的流动性、流动趋势、流动数量与质量、流动性比率以及就业能力这几个方面进行；对于高等教育卓越性的研究则主要从大学排名、国际影响力、世界级大学这几个方面进行论述。通过对世界各国人员流动的数据进行分析，指出国际化并没有成为高等教育中卓越性的主要工具，同时也揭示高等教育国际化更广泛的价值，以及高等教育流动性和卓越性之间的关系和影响。

Abstract:

The article mainly studies the excellence and internationality of higher education, among whom, the international research on higher education is mainly carried out from the aspects of personnel mobility, mobility trend, quantity and quality of mobility, mobility ratio, and employability. The excellence of higher education is mainly discussed in terms of university rankings, international influence, and world-class universities. Through analysis of data on the movement of people in various countries in the world, it is shown that internationalization has not become a major tool for excellence in higher education. The data analysis also reveals the broader value of higher education internationalization, and the relationship and impact of higher education mobility and excellence.
